February Senior Meeting
Makeup Meetings Canceled:
Due to the school cancellations from the COVID-19 pandemic, we have canceled the Makeup Meetings that were scheduled for March 17 & 19.
Instead, please review this video, which reviews the pertinent information. We will send home another memo in May during a homeroom, and will see you face-to-face at our Mandatory Rehearsal on June 9th. Arrive at 3:00pm, stay until 5:00pm.
See Toth or Zornow with questions.
-----------------------------------------------------
On February 25, there will be a MANDATORY meeting in the Auditorium at 9am for ALL seniors planning to graduate in June. This is the day when Juniors will be taking the ACT in homeroom. Any students who do not attend the meeting will not be permitted to walk during graduation unless they receive approval from Mr. Bosco.
Seniors should report to Homeroom in the morning. Senior Homeroom Teachers will distribute REQUIRED materials and take attendance at that time. Beginning at 8:40am, teachers will begin escorting students to the Auditorium for the meeting. NO senior will be admitted into the Auditorium without the required materials and without being escorted by a homeroom teacher.
This meeting should last the remainder of the morning. Students should expect to stay until the early release time of 12:30pm.
Questions should be directed to Mr. Bosco, Ms. Zornow or Mrs. Toth.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
Check back here in the springtime for an updated financial obligation list, generated by Student ID number. You cannot pick up Prom Tickets or receive your Diploma if you have any outstanding fines. Please take care of these fines as quickly as possible.
All questions about Financial Obligations go to:
Diploma Orders
Please note: your diploma will be ordered with your name **as it's written in PowerSchool**. If your name is incorrect for any reason in PowerSchool, please see Mrs. Folk in AG127 as soon as possible to order a re-print. Please remember that your diploma is a legal document, so it must have your correct legal name.
Senior Carnival 2020 and Senior Carowinds Trip 2020
At the February Senior Meeting, SGA will announce all details pertaining to the Senior Carnival. Senior Carnival is Friday, April 24, and tickets will be sold via the OSP system for $10-$15. Tickets will go on sale via OSP on 2/25.
SGA is working with Admin to determine the best day for the Senior trip to Carowinds. As soon as those details are finalized, we will publish that information. Please follow SGA's Instagram -- @mphs_sga -- to keep on top of those answers.
Senior shirts were distributed during homeroom on Feb. 4. If you purchased a shirt and have still not collected it, you need to come by LA312 by the end of THIS WEEK (2/28). Once those shirts have been distributed, extra shirts will be sold for $10 (cash or check made payable to MPHS). Again, that information will be advertised on the morning announcements and Instagram. Be aware: To attend Carnival or Carowinds, you must have a senior shirt.
